Server for Front of House / Kitchen Hand
We are looking to recruit a server/kitchen hand to join our team on a part-time basis.
About us
Moiim is a family run Korean Deli offering 100% authentic Korean food. Our aim is to provide the best Korean food in the area.
Currently the shift hours for this role are: Tues-Fri 11.30am-3pm and 5pm-9pm (+ closing time). Saturdays 11.30am-9pm (+ closing time).
Hours on offer : part-time, permanent, 14-18hours a week.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a server/kitchen hand to help our team with the following:
- Serving at the food counter, packing foods for takeaway orders
- Till operation, cash handling and card payments
- Processing and completing orders from customers and delivery apps
- Communicate with the kitchen team to process customers' orders
- Maintaining the premise - setting up and cleaning the shop area and equipment
- Helping the kitchen with food handling and preparations - packaging food in containers, topping up ingredients
- Stock control and orders - ensuring necessary stocks does not run out, notifying what needs to be ordered and checking deliveries
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Passionate about food & drink - knowledge and experience of Korean culture and cuisine is not necessary but desirable
- Experience in customer facing roles and maintain high standards of customer service
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and a team player
- Organised and able to take own initiative
