Strategic Account Manager

Salary: £40,000 and £45,000

A bit about the job:

The role of a Strategic Account Manager is to enhance the insurance company's distribution network, optimise sales and profitability, and ensure that customers have access to the best insurance solutions through a trusted intermediary network. You will act as as a bridge between Aviva and these intermediaries, ensuring a seamless and productive collaboration by developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships as well as identifying opportunities to expand the business and be involved in negotiation processes and manage contractual agreements You will also monitor and analyse performance and provide ongoing support and training to intermediaries, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the Aviva's products and services.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills: including telephony, communication, and literacy skills. Capable and confident in communicating with customer
Analytical and strategic mind set to help identify opportunities in the broker space
Exceptional organisational skills- ability to manage daily work within service standards whilst maintaining attention to detail
Successful team player - ability to work within a team, able to put the needs of the team and business ahead of individual needs

Starting salary between £40,000 and £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
