Job description
We at Giles Oliver Ltd are a refurbishment company who are looking for a self motivated person with the following attributes:-
- Fitout/shopfitting background
- Site/management experience
- Identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projects
- Microsoft Excel, Word and MS Project
- Outlining human and material resources for each project including sub-contractors
- Cleaning driving licence and own transport
- Consulting with Senior Management to seek guidance and input during each project
- Experience with site Health & Safety
- Ability to perceive and ameliorate conflict and tension
The successful person will be based at Tenterden office.
Our main area of works are within the London and the South of England.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £40,000.00 per year
