Our Client is a renewable energy organization that is undergoing rapid growth. It aims to help facilitate the energy transition demands of the UK and EU by developing and investing into large-scale solar and battery storage projects.

Their team comprises individuals with a proven track record in both infrastructure investment and the renewable spheres. As the team expands, we seek a Senior UI/UX Designer

• 
  Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  

• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
  

• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  

• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  

• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  

• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
  

• Excellent understanding of databases.
  

• Experience of working within teams that use AGILE methodology (preferred); management, as required.

• Bachelors Degree;
  

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Design, or relevant field
  

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  

• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  

• Aptitude for organization and analytical reasoning;
