Job description
In this role you will manage the Pan European Consumables Business (PES) by optimising and maximising Consumables’ availability in the EU18 market.
The vision is to continuously improve PES Distribution Partners’ Efficiency and Effectiveness and Market Coverage (EEMC). This direction gives a clear criteria to select and maintain the right Partners in the PES Model.
- Design and implement yearly PES Strategy, Contract terms and KPI in EU18 in close co-operation with Distribution Business Development Manager
- Develop Distributor partner base in line with the vision; Efficiency and Effectiveness and Market Coverage (EEMC)
- Facilitate PES Distributors’ Account Management: be the key Canon contact for Senior stakeholders in the Pan European Distribution partners on an international level
- Steer the yearly of contractual agreements, including accrual setting and service payments for Pan European Distribution Accounts
- Co-ordinate PES Consumables Tender policy and payments with PM
- Propose to Senior Managers improvement projects for PES Model in its broadest sense
- Provide accurate PES Sales forecast for CIG Finance in line with the monthly (MSF) cycle
- Provide Weekly overview for Senior Management of Order portfolio, Sales and Channel Inventory
- Consult Distribution Account leads regarding needed key actions based on selected Key Performance Indicators
- Liaise with Canon EMEA Supply Chain Management team for logistic efficiency and cost optimisation
- Be contact person for EMBU regarding Consumables Business co-ordination in EMEA
- Take ownership of personal development and investing time in improving expertise

Salary: up to £80,000 OTE

What we ask
QUALIFICATIONS
- Business or technical degree desirable
- High skills in people management and coordination of tasks
- Languages : English & local fluency essential, European languages desirable
EXPERIENCE
- Significant experience in sales and/or marketing in B2B or B2C environment, both would be an advantage
