Key Skills
We are looking for a strong, motivated Bartender, someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal skills.
Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
- Strong customer care skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Ability to deal with high profile clients in a professional manner
- A good knowledge of spirits, beer, cocktails and wine would be preferred
Day to day
As a Bartender your main role will be preparing and serving drinks to our guests.
You will be communicating directly with guests and be required to demonstrate a good level of beverage knowledge and capable of making recommendations based on personal preferences.
You will be responsible for communicating stock requirements to the Head Sommelier and ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.
You would be heavily involved in menu development and work closely with the Head Sommelier regarding any ideas you may have to improve the service and product.
