This role would suit an HR professional with a passion for technology who enjoys selling the benefits of nGaje to other HR professionals.
nGaje is a leading SaaS Employee Engagement system used by many large organisations and 1,000’s of employees worldwide.
nGaje provides businesses with a dedicated self-service software system that enables them to gain engagement feedback from their workforce and their suppliers in real-time and within their control.
nGaje is extensively used within the food industry by Marks & Spencer’s, AM Fresh, Worldwide Fruit and many other known brands. It is a valuable tool for HR teams to get feedback from their workforce.
nGaje is a small company with a dedicated team working on a relaxed hybrid basis in Peterborough and Tennessee, USA. The business is expanding its team and provides opportunities for employees to develop within the company and become a key influencer in the company’s future. Employee engagement systems is an exciting software sector, where nGaje has some unique system opportunities, in Europe and the USA.
Reports to: Christopher Haythornthwaite (Technical) / Gillian Haythornthwaite

Main Purpose: Build a loyal customer base that gets the most out of nGaje and supports the development of further system functionality
Location Hybrid working – home based, visiting customers plus nGaje office as required
Equipment Supply Laptop, iPad and mobile phone, CRM software
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Sales Strategy & Plan – develop and agree the nGaje sale strategy with a sales plan to achieve the strategy. Target to deliver one new customer a month.
2. Marketing nGaje to new customers – from the sales plan target potential new customers work with marketing to promote nGaje to attract new customers
3. Potential new customer demonstrations – deliver in person overview of nGaje to potential new customers and support marketing in online demonstrations
4. Onboarding new customers – develop and agree an onboarding plan for each new nGaje customer with Training
5. Account Management – regular contact with existing customers to ensure they are getting the best from nGaje and want to re-new each year, using CRM software (or equivalent)
6. CRM system – responsibility for the overall management of the customer database and sales management reporting to support the drive to attract and retain customers
7. System Stress Testing – stress test nGaje updates to ensure that they meet the specifications and deliver the fix/improvement and to build a good understanding of nGaje to use when selling to potential new customers
8. Feedback from Customers – proactively obtain feedback from potential, new and existing customers to identify future system developments and potential marketing opportunities and feed into the Sales Strategy and PlanUncontrolled

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year
