Digital Business Analyst - Active Intelligence

You will have the following responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing digital business processes, systems, and strategies.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvement, and revenue growth within digital channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications for digital projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry best practices and emerging digital trends.
- Provide recommendations for digital solutions, including software applications, platforms, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate digital solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure digital solutions meet requirements.
- Analyse data and generate actionable insights to drive digital business strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and digital technologies relevant to the business.
You will have the following skills and experience
- Proven work experience as a Digital Business Analyst, with a focus on digital initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and generating test cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, within an AGILE/SCRUM Environment.
