Our B2B trade has been the backbone of the company for many years. We are planning substantial growth in our B2C online delivery service over the coming years. All of us are very excited about the future.

Job Overview:

We are offering a capable, hardworking driver the opportunity to join our transport team. Led by our Transport Manager we have an in-house fleet of vans and use several external couriers. The core of the role is to make multi-drop deliveries to our clients. The aim is for all our clients get their product on time as efficiently and effortlessly as possible.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a company vehicle, keeping it clean and well maintained.

Our clients expect delivery early in the day. The successful candidate must be prepared for early starts to the day. The role is Monday – Friday and occasional additional Saturday work.

Prior experience in a similar role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure clients receive their orders accurately and on time

· Liaise effectively with the rest of the business to improve service

· Ensure vans are maintained to a high standard and proper records are kept

· Present a professional face of the business. The successful candidate will be provided a company uniform

· Reporting to the Transport Manager

· Ad-hoc duties as required

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
