Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week

We deliver a wide portfolio of services, and we pride ourselves on delivering the best possible service and outcomes for our customer and we’re currently looking for a Senior Service Manager to join our team.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working in a rewarding but fast paced role that will require a close working relationship with Delivery Leadership, Account and Solution specialists, Legal and Contracting teams and candidates will need a good understanding of contractual and commercial fundamentals.
The role is based in the UK and is not location specific. You will need a degree of flexibility to travel for team and customer meetings throughout the UK.
On a day-to-day basis the role looks like:
- Establishes productive relationships and networks at Senior Management level to build and maintain customer relationships
- Driving customer growth,
- Managing contract financial performance
- Contract management and in life changes
- Assuring services outcomes across both professional services and contractual services and working in partnership with our Delivery management teams to ensure we deliver on our commitments
- Manages, develops and coaches team of staff and implements performance management solutions where required
- Develop and motivate team to help ensure the delivery of function and business targets
- Responsible for managing budget/ P&L to maintain spend in line with budgetary limitations.
What you’ll bring
You’ll need experience of being accountable for a service management function – preferably in the IT contracts space.
The role will require frequent customer and internal engagement, requiring the candidate to demonstrate good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
You’ll also need:
- A proven track record of work experience in a challenging commercial environment
- Proven commercial acumen
- Good working knowledge of relevant functional systems
- Experience in dealing with and influencing multi-tier management
- Experience of developing best practice policies and procedures for functional area
- To share and represent Computacenter’s people-centric values.
Please note, this role requires SC clearance so you'll need to either currently have this or meet the SC eligibility criteria for your application to be considered.
