Job Details: RVA Deliveries is now hiring friendly, reliable, professional Package Delivery Drivers who want to work in a fast-paced, physical, outdoor position. Each morning, we provide all the tools you’ll need for the day: a van, a device to log your packages, a dispatcher to assist you as necessary, and a leadership team dedicated to your success! You’ll need to bring a “can-do” optimistic attitude, and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with our clients and their customers.

Available Shift: Starts at 10:15 am am. Schedule is subject to change and must have flexibility to work various days and schedules as needed Our operation runs 7 days a week and you are willing to work 2 - 6 days ( including weekends and holidays). A day is 10 hours including a 30 minute lunch break and two 15 minute breaks, most of your day is spent driving and delivering.
Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Comfortable working up to 10 hours per day
· Comfortable using GPS technology
· Comfortable sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time (Including climbing stairs as required)
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
· Must be able to physically enter and exit a vehicle up to and beyond 300 times per day, as you will have 150+ packages
Requirements:
Excellent personal skills: ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and customers
MUST be reliable, and capable of working a Flexible Schedule (weekend availability is MANDATORY) including Holidays
Minimum of 21 years of age due to driving of company vehicle
Must be able to commit 3 days consecutively for training.
Must be physically able to perform efficiently the duties of the position (deliver orders up to 50 lbs in weight to the appropriate destination within a scheduled time which may include walking up or down several flights of stairs)
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hours
Must follow all company policies, procedures, dress code and management direction, including delivery compliance and safety policies
Motor Vehicle Requirements:
· Valid Drivers license for at least 3 years with no more than 2 points on record
· No CDL required
· No suspensions (regardless of cause)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.75 - $18.75 per hour
