As a team, we celebrate our wins and have fun while working together to drive growth in the business.OverviewAs a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in our organisation's success by leveraging your extensive expertise in sales and consultancy. This position entails collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions, and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing long-lasting client relationships, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. You will also work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.This role demands a highly skilled and proactive individual who can deliver exceptional results through strategic thinking, effective communication, and a consultative approach. Reporting into the UK Sales Manager, with a dotted line to the CRO, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients and a key contributor to our sales team's success.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and provide exceptional service.Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to understand prospect pain points and objectives, and then offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals.Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Rex's offerings.Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities in a CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align messaging, share market insights, and support overall sales efforts.Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships..Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analyse sales data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.Mentoring and Training: Share industry knowledge and best practices with junior sales team members, providing mentorship and helping them develop their sales skills.Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales projections and budgets, working closely with finance and management teams to set realistic goals.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences and requirements, and relay this information to the product development team for potential improvements.Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities and contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.Travel: Depending on the business's scope, be prepared to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for expanding Rex's market presence through new client acquisition and partnerships.Must HaveSuccessful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring skillsOur PerksWe’re a design-driven company with a passionate, young team.
