We are now looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As Finance Systems Analyst, you will maintain our financial systems and support major change projects that optimise our financial processes.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will assist in the development, implementation and improvement of our internal finance systems. You will analyse and monitor our systems, ensuring efficiency and the ability to deliver our objectives.

Managing system upgrades, you will ensure a seamless implementation, migration and knowledge transfer. You will also introduce, manage and ensure the integrity of data reported in Power BI reporting dashboards.

Additionally, you will:

• Manage the delivery of Finance projects, adhering to our methodologies
• Work closely with other areas of Finance and BI
• Ensure data integrity
• Engage with key stakeholders and contribute expertise
• Provide analytical support to users

About You

To be considered as Finance Systems Analyst, you will need:

• Experience of managing, improving and maintaining financial reporting solutions
• Experience of implementing improvements in systems and migrations
• System project-management experience
• Experience of working flexibly and contributing to continuous change, including business improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and system information clearly and simply
• The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently - exceptional logical reasoning skills
• Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task

A recognised accountancy qualification would be beneficial to your application. Experience with SQL, Power BI, QlikView and using Alteryx would also be advantageous, as would experience in managing and administering Unit4 Financials.
