The Transformation Office has a critical role to play in this and makes an important contribution to the Group's overall success. We partner with business functions to proactively plan projects, deliver innovative solutions, and create platforms that allow the Group to flex and operate in an environment in which the pace of change is accelerating faster than ever before. We are here to enable the Group to meet and exceed its strategic objectives, at the same time as ensuring our people are a priority.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will deliver solutions which meets the requirements of the business, ensuring suitable governance and documentation is in place to fully scope, plan and monitor project delivery.
This will include Planning, leading and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle process and successful delivery of projects under time and budget constraints.
This role is flexible on location however it will include business related travel.

More about you
You will have substantial experience of leading and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle process and successful delivery of large business critical change projects that are underpinned by a technology solution, along with good understanding of the software development lifecycle and cloud management.
You will be comfortable monitoring different platforms and understand standard testing practice.
You should have meticulous attention to detail, be organised and commitment to quality. You should be able to work well in a virtual team environment.
For this role you need to have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or other relevant subject, or related professional qualification / membership of professional body and / or relevant experience
- Professional project management qualification (AgilePM, Scrum PSM1, Prince2)
- Experience of using or delivering projects related to any of the following: Salesforce, NEC Housing, PIMMs, Unit4 ERP (advantageous)
- Systems integration and or date migration experience is preferred
