The Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (FC CoE) Change capability is responsible for the maintenance of all design and change artefacts to ensure clear traceability and governance around change activities.
In this interesting role within the Business Process Mapping (BPM) team, you’ll be developing end-to end process maps and taking personal responsibility of the end-to-end governance.
You’ll manage and support the liaison between operational teams across all capabilities and help create or update documentation to obtain sign off.

The difference you’ll make.
- Leading the development of end-to-end process maps, how-to guides, training manuals and carrying out quality control checks to ensure consistency across FC CoE areas;
- Implementing the process documentation framework across multiple product areas;
- Managing the delivery of all process documentation requirements for key initiatives, migration plans and projects;
- Supporting projects specific to BPM across all FC CoE capabilities to ensure process enhancements are delivered in timely manner and to a high standard;
- Supporting accurate process documentation is in place to ensure operational adherence to quality and control measures and accurate verification during oversight checking;
- Supporting regular BPM meetings to enhance knowledge within the team, ensuring continued improvement and excellence.
What you’ll bring.
We are looking for people who can help shape, influence and transform the Bank’s capabilities, ensuring we continue to disrupt Financial crimes, and support and enable the right outcomes for our customers .
- Experience of performing business process mapping using MS Visio in a Financial Services environment
- Broad knowledge of Financial Crime and experience of working on change projects
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Proven track record of operating in a business change environment
- Proven ability to assimilate complex and ambiguous information
- Knowledge of change management including operational readiness and business implementation
- Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

This is a permanent role which can be based in our offices in Milton Keynes, Bradford, Glasgow or Sheffield.
