The Recruitment Team is responsible for processing between 150 and 200 offers of employment each month. We need to recruit staff in a timely and efficient way to ensure the smooth running of our wards and teams. Could you help us to achieve this?
Within this role you will work alongside the recruitment team triaging e-mails, initiating new DBS's to internal staff, helping input our bank staff onto the Payroll system and supporting the recruitment team in their day to day work.
To provide effective and efficient administrative support for the People Systems function and to enhance the efficiency of other tasks set within the department.
Using the Electronic Staff Record system to maintain and update records.
Confidently liaising and communicating with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
Receiving telephone calls, resolving the calls, transferring calls and taking messages as appropriate. Referring people to our website for information on our Trust and People System processes.
Assist in the setting up of electronic files ensuring the appropriate information is relevant, together with any other supporting information.
Assisting in the monitoring and answering of emails in the Systems generic email boxes.
To assist the People Systems team in resolving queries and updating data.
Processing ID badges for new and existing employees.
Filing personal data in the HR Docs systems.
Photocopying and filing as necessary.
Updating and maintaining the Systems databases on a daily basis.
To provide cross-cover for the Recruitment team with regards to holidays and sickness etc.
Contribute ideas to the running of the department in order to provide an efficient and effective service.
