Job description
I am looking for a Administrator to work for a logistics company based in Portbury.
The role would require you to support the allocation team helping allocate orders, as well as update excel spreadsheets and run reports.
Ideally we would need someone who has a good eye for detail, logical thinking as well as strong communication and administrative skills.
It is mainly a administration role we would want someone to be open to get suck into any tasks given to do.
Duties:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Compiling reports
- Managing diaries for team members
Working days: Monday to Friday: 8:30am-4pm
Pay rate: £11.00 per hour
