Job description
We require a Senior Production Operative to work in our ham curing, bacon, sausage and bacon slicing production areas.
Duties & responsibilities : Working closely with the Factory Supervisor to ensure the factory operates efficiently, whilst maintaining production procedures. Following the production plan to ensure daily production targets are met.
Previous experience within a food factory environment an advantage.
This is a physical hands on role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, Ability to monitor others, good communication skills, attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions, good hygiene practice, a can do attitude.
Hours
6:45am - 4:15pm Monday to Thursday
6:45am - 3pm Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
