Our teams are putting the world’s retailers online using the cloud, robotics, AI, and IoT. We provide services to partner clients globally via our innovative advanced robotics technology, known as the Ocado Smart Platform ("OSP"), this drives our highly automated, multi-million pound Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs). In our CFCs - together with the proprietary software applications - we operate a world-class online grocery business that automates the single pick of products, ready for your online delivery.
About the role
As Senior Product Manager for one of our AWS Cloud Teams, you'll be excited to engage in a high-impact and highly technical product area, becoming a Subject Matter Expert in cloud developer tooling, infrastructure, and the Ocado Technology Platform ecosystem.
You will partner with an Engineering Team Leader, together responsible for a portfolio of developer tools, as the "voice of the customer": a large segment of Ocado Technology software development teams, pursuing a wide variety of missions across Ocado's entire product and service offering.
Our mission in Engineering Productivity stream's mission is to empower Ocado Technology engineers to deliver their core business value more efficiently. The Development Services department, of which AWS Cloud Services is a key part, focuses on making the building and running of solutions on our public cloud technology platform as easy as possible.
About you

Product delivery/owner/manager experience for multiple products, within Agile environments
Strong customer empathy, with proven skilled in detailed requirements elicitation and organisation
Significant experience of leading meetings, engaging senior stakeholders and influencing positive outcomes in order to deliver quality product development
Comfortable facing challenging and complex prioritisation decisions, while presenting clear decision argumentation.
Solid and repeatedly demonstrated problem-solving abilities and evidence of using data analysis skills to plan and review.
