Operations Manager:- Aberdeen
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join Axess North Sea in Aberdeen, the right candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the overall operations within Axess North Sea.
Responsibilities:-
- Overall responsibility & accountability for Profit and Loss for the UK entity
- Leads by example with safety at the forefront and ensuring quality is delivered as per corporate & UK policies.
- Lead, motivate, and support the UK team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment,
- Implementation of career development plans for all direct reports
- Increasing profitability and growth with existing and new customers
- Participates in After Action Reviews and any investigations as required
- Responsible for accurate financial forecasting and to deliver the committed budget
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
Qualification requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Significant experience of relevant oil & gas, renewables sector related integrated multi service delivery
- Strong understanding of Engineering & Asset Integrity Inspection Services, including technical and logistical elements
- Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
- Ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor
