Social Media Community Coordinator – South Manchester (hybrid working) - £27,000 – Non-profit
Our brilliant not-for-profit client is looking for a Social Media Community Coordinator to get involved with an organisation that has a meaningful impact on a global scale. You’ll develop, oversee, and build the online community management programme by selecting talent through outreach, insights, and internal knowledge, while conducting ongoing reviews of performance, and analysis of results.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop robust online community marketing tactics across brand awareness, conversion, retention, and engagement funnels.
- Optimise end to end online community on-boarding and briefing processes and tools.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with grassroot supporters.
- Ability to oversee the delivery of campaigns.
- Manage and meet all deadlines, both internal and external
- Continuously scout new talent within the online community / influencer industry as we scale.
- Create dashboard reports to monitor outcomes of campaigns.
- Update and maintain an online community database.
- Set process and procedures for how the online community management team works.
- You will discover growth opportunities for social and influencer collaborations.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Manage all outreach activities to new and existing influencers/affiliates.
- Build long term relationships with key online influencers.
- Project-manage influencer / affiliate partnerships.
- Work with the team to generate marketing ideas, content strategy and creative content.
- Create and plan influencer / affiliate strategy to increase customer acquisition.
- Evaluate influencer / affiliate partnerships on an ongoing basis.
- Manage your own account portfolio, creating and managing campaigns.
- Complete end-to-end relationship management with influencers.
- Maintain an active influencer / affiliate pipeline.
- Negotiate with each partner to obtain competitive rates and close agreements.
- Define creative strategy for influencer / affiliate collaborations, write briefs and scripts.
- Plan and implement non-paid influencers and full community campaigns.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role managing a social media community.
- Experienced in talent / Influencer management.
- Experience of pitching and negotiating with external partners and agencies.
- Experience in interpreting and analysing data to identify marketing strategies.
- Significant experience in PR and influencer management, brand culture, with an established network of Gen-Z influencer contacts. Multi country experience a bonus.
- Track record of successful collaborations with affiliates / influencers
- 2 years’ account handling or influencer-management experience
