Are you organised and efficient with proven IT skills and an unflappable telephone manner? If so we would like you to join us as the lynch-pin of our team. This is a really interesting administrative role with the opportunity to learn a lot of new skills that are transferable to jobs throughout the service.
You will work closely with the County Service Manager to ensure that the generalist service runs smoothly and be a first point of contact for staff and volunteers alike. You will be based in one of our branches (Blaby, Coalville or Hinckley), but will also have the option for regular home working if you wish.
This role is full time, but we would consider two part time roles so please speak to us about the possibilities if the hours are a barrier. You will need to have excellent remote communication skills, and the ability to work on a wide variety of different tasks in one day and switch quickly and effectively between them.
Full training will be given on using our bespoke content management system, but experience of Google workplace and Adobe writer would be an advantage.
