Arc Legal Group, an AmTrust International business, is a specialist provider of legal expenses insurance and related services. We work with insurers, intermediaries, financial institutions, and affinity groups, focusing upon delivering bespoke solutions providing 'best in market' legal advice and case handling.
We are currently looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team. As this role will require travel across the UK, we are able to provide full flexible working with both hybrid and fully remote working considered.
In this role, your focus will be to maintain the close business relationships which we have developed with our partners, thereby protecting existing contracts with a strong focus on strengthening those relationships by identifying opportunities for the creation of new business arrangements.
Other essential job functions include (but are not limited to):
Account management - Conducting regular review meetings with key client stakeholders, usually on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Account development support – Liaison with the client, internal departments, and third-party suppliers to manage delivery of the new contracts, analysing data to ensure recommendations follow the client’s needs.
Identifying new business opportunities - actively monitoring the market to identify new opportunities as well as working closely with the new business team and directors to determine best ways of working.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of B2B relationship management especially within the insurance industry. As you will have significant interaction with a UK wide client base, the ability to communicate effectively will be key to your success, along with the ability to be self-motivated, flexible in the way you work and the ability to multitask.
