We have partnered with a leading Law Firm, who are now looking for a personable and driven Junior PA to support their dispute resolution team (experience in disputes is not required). The successful PA will be joining a sociable and friendly team of PA's, in a varied role where no two days are the same! This is an excellent opportunity for a team assistant to step up into a PA role.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements - including creating itineraries and processing expenses
- Booking and arranging meetings - including booking meeting rooms, taxis, and restaurants
- Inbox management
- End to end billing
- Onboarding new clients, drafting engagement letters and compliance checks
- Amending legal documents, comparisons and proof reading
- Preparing bundles
- Ensuring documents are submitted and received from Document Production in a timely manner
Key skills & Experience
- A great team player
- The ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Strong IT Skills – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with diary management
- The ability to work with discretion
