As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving the success of products by developing and executing strategic marketing plans, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role will involve leveraging your strong communication skills to create compelling product narratives and engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and drive sales growth. The key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Executive will include: Communicating the value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that clearly highlight features and benefits, facilitating the selling process. Plan and participate in the launch of new products, coordinating efforts across departments such as R&D, Production, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Purchasing. Provide necessary information to the s Manager for tender opportunities. Manage customer data for CRM and Mail Chimp platforms. Execute the company's marketing strategy aligned with objectives and KPIs, supporting the marketing manager in both the UK market. Incorporate customer needs and trends into new product development and core product road-map planning, while gaining insights into customer usage, untapped opportunities, and buyer profiles. Conduct comprehensive research on competitor products. Collaborate with the marketing manager to create compelling product content, including case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts. Ensure accuracy of product information across web, CRM, and ERP systems. Work with external suppliers to produce effective marketing materials. Utilise Adobe Photoshop and InDesign to create artwork consistent with the company's brand. Generate monthly reports to track project progress, product development, and tenders. Develop comprehensive collateral for new products, including literature, training courses, features and benefits, product instructions, labels, research, packaging, and launch plans. Hybrid Working|Great opportunity for a B2B marketer to step into Medical Devices The successful Senior Marketing Executive will have the following skills and experience: 1-2 years experience in marketing. Experience in a B2B environment working with physical products is preferred. Industry experience in Health-care, Medical Devices or Pharma is preferred. Strong collaboration skills, working closely with colleagues in the marketing team and other departments including sales, and finance. Proficient research skills, including the ability to gain insights into customer needs and experiences through data analysis, surveys, and customer interviews. Familiarity with these techniques is essential. Proficiency in using Excel and Word at an advanced level Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is desirable. Exceptional organisational skills, capable of working systematically to efficiently compile relevant documents and implementing detailed changes in large documents while maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
