The Global PR team plays a pivotal role in helping build pride and trust in the British Airways brand.

The Senior International PR Manager is responsible for creating positive conversations and brand awareness for British Airways outside of the UK. The PR manager will be responsible for leading a small international team ensure British Airways is front of mind and tell stories about our unique British service, our growing network and our premium customer experience, as well as advising senior collaborators and assisting with local media relations.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Driving positive engagement with the British Airways brand through conception, delivery and implementation of international and local PR campaigns, with responsibility for delivering positive media and social media coverage.
  • Proving strategic advice, direction and management of international and global PR campaigns.
  • Building relationships with consumer, news and features journalists oversea to drive consumer engagement.
  • Line manager for our international PR team

This vacancy is for parental cover and is due to commence in March/April 2023 for 12 months.

Applicants for this role should have a strong and wide-ranging PR experience, with proven experience in an in-house or PR agency role.
