Job description
The Kitchen Assistants responsibilities will be:
- Cleaning equipment used by the bakers and front of house
- Helping to maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Making and balling cookie dough
- Assisting the bakers with basic tasks such as filling macarons
- Prep jobs such as making syrups, ganaches and buttercreams
The job can be quite hard at times so we are looking for someone that can focus, work efficiently and self motivate.
Shifts can vary from week to week so flexibility is essential.
Please note this is not a Baker role.
Our kitchen is currently based in Clifton however in the near future the kitchen (and this job) will be located in Old Market.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
