Job description

The main purpose of this role is to support the Global Marketing Department to provide high-quality written B2B content for the website and to raise our brand profile and maintain our position as a market and thought leader in the serviced accommodation and corporate housing industry.

Your Role:

  • Working closely with all members of the global marketing and business development teams, and our teams in the USA, Singapore and Madrid, you will need to develop an understanding of the Business Travel, Corporate Housing, and Relocation market.
  • You will write a wide range of optimised content for the website as well as material for clients, suppliers and other stakeholders and help develop a distinctive voice and personality for the business through written content.
  • You will be involved in planning and creating optimised online content for the website using SEO best practises.
  • You will assist in SEO research and work with the team to develop and implement the content strategy.
  • You will get involved with bid teams to support, project manage and write content for major proposals and award submissions.
  • You will be a creative communicator who is driven by a love of writing and storytelling, with the ability to interpret and articulate complex information and communicate our service and unique selling points in a clear and compelling way.
  • You will work alongside our internal graphic design department and videographer to help create high quality visual materials for client documents, RFPs, presentations, brochures and award submissions.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent standard of written English and good eye for detail.
  • A creative and engaging written style ideally developed in a role writing for a business.
  • Knowledge of SEO, meta data and keyword research.
  • A positive and confident communicator who can support planning, storyboarding, proof-reading and editing.
  • An understanding different tones of voice and different written styles for different audiences or projects.
  • An ability to brief and guide designers to create visual materials to complement written content.
  • Evidence of previous work demonstrating your ability to create high-quality, well-researched written content would be desirable. Please submit examples with your application, which could include blog posts, articles, newsletters, bids, brochures or award submissions

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally you have a year or two of work and life experience under your belt – in a role that requires you to write, communicate and multitask, preferably in a B2B Marketing or Agency environment. (We would also consider graduates who are fast learners and can confidently demonstrate the skills and knowledge required)
  • You may have decided that writing and bid management is the direction you want to take and are looking to hone your skills in a busy, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • You will be organised, able to manage multiple deadlines, and enjoy working as a team in a creative, collaborative and friendly team.
