This exciting wellness brand has created a brand new role as Customer Success Advisor within their London team. You will be a pivotal part of this West End based practice which has expanded their team over the course of this year and now require a friendly, organised and great client facing candidate to follow up with clients on their post treatment medical journey.
You will report directly to the Head of Practice and she will train you on their bespoke database so that you learn to liase with clients and work through the client database to follow up with them to ensure they have had a positive experience. Using Teams you will discuss their experience, ask them to feedback and also arrange follow ups appointments or sign post them if further treatment is required. Alternatively if they have not had a postiive experience you will learn how to resolve this and track it to a successful resolution either yourself or across the wider team.

As the Customer Success Advisor the ideal candidate will probably have approximately six months to one year's experience in some sort of client facing role where you are used to communicating with clients and delivering exceptional results. You will need to be self-motivated and keen to learn as following up and engaging with clients on a daily basis or liasing with managers on resolving potential situations will be your key responsibilities. You will also need to be a warm, empathetic, friendly and confident communicator who is a self-starter and someone who enjoys building relationships across their established and high profile client base as well as the internal team.
This is a hybrid role where you can work from home 2/3 days per week and on the other two days you will be based either on Harley Street or another West End office. Hours 9-5pm Monday to Friday. You will need to have MS Office along with excellent written and organisational and communciation skills are essential. A fantastic job for a self-confident, polished junior with a real desire to make a difference to the business.
