Our client, a renowned fashion brand, are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (with Art Directional experience) to lead in the design of the brand’s creative communications from brief through to delivery working closely with all departments across the business to develop creative solutions to meet business objectives.


The perfect candidate will have a track record working for high-end highstreet, boutique and/or luxury fashion. You’ll also have experience leading junior members of the team on briefs, and plenty of examples of managing up to senior stakeholders throughout your career.

Key responsibilities and duties: Includes but is not limited to;

  • Manage the creation and execution of all graphic design that clearly articulate the brands

communication strategy and creative direction from concept to launch.

  • Responsible for the creation of all visual design, including typography and visual concepts for all platforms
  • Offline work includes designing brand collateral, advertising campaigns, look books,

invitations, instore material and promotions, packaging, hoardings and window graphics.

  • Online the role involves UX design, all frontend website creative (including photography

set up) and emails, as well as producing assets for digital communications including social media

  • Present solutions to briefs that support the brand strategy, both commercially and creatively.
  • Ensure continuity in visual and brand messaging across all channels
  • Evolving and defining of the brand guidelines and brand book.
  • Research, develop and present new creative ideas for discussion.
  • Delivery of briefs on time and to agreed specifications.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless multichannel brand experience
  • Working with external suppliers, working to budgets, developing solutions and ensuring final products meet the required quality standards.
  • Managing Junior Designer.


Key skills, experience and knowledge required:

  • Extensive graphic design experience in fashion, ideally luxury fashion.
  • Experience in both Digital and Offline Graphic Design.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Highly creative with the ability to demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving and idea generation.
  • Have a great understanding of brands from luxury market to high street, identify trends and opportunities to develop the brands graphic design.
  • Ability to multi-task and experienced working to tight deadlines.
  • A strong sense of team with the capacity to be flexible and practical as well as collaborative
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
