The role
As Senior Estates Surveyor you will act as the Council’s principal professional advisor on all strategic and operational estate management matters.
You will be responsible for all estate management matters relating to the Council’s property interests.
You will also provide appropriate advice and information to other Council service areas, members, tenants and members of the public with regard to property related matters.
The experience you will bring
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Surveyor who holds full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors together with RICS Registered Valuer status, and has a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge relating to the management of a diverse land and property asset portfolio.
