PROJECT MANAGER - CENTRAL LONDON - 1-YEAR CONTRACT - £40 PER HOUR (UMB)
Arm are delighted to be working for one of the UK's Largest Infrastructure companies, they are seeking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in London.
- Ideally you will have experience as a Project Manager on similar size, and type, projects for a tier 1 main contractor.
- You will need experience in managing multiple Large value projects (value up to £50M)
- You will be required to have previous experience working within the Data Centre industry/sector.
- You will be required to hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certificate OR Equivalent.
- You will be technically qualified to a minimum of HNC (Building/Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant Degree.
What you will be doing:
To manage and deliver life cycle and capital works projects from inception to completion including income generation work to time and budget achieving the quality required. Lead the project, facilitating requirement, design review, prestart, progress and handover meetings.
This role will be Office/ Site-based role in London. There will be no hybrid model in place for this role.
This role is a 12 Month contract.
The rate for this position is £40 Per Hour (UMB) Inside IR35.
