Job description
Cambridge – Senior Electronics Engineer- Up to £85k DOE
One of Cambridge's most well known consultancies, specialising within the medical, industrial and consumer sectors is currently looking for a talented Electronics Engineer to join the team. Comfortable with client facing elements and well versed in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through to manufacture you will be the technical lead on greenfield projects.
Main Responsibilities;
+ Work closely with software, mechanical and systems engineering teams
+ Design or integrate COTS wireless components into products
+ Interact with clients to fully manage projects
+ Take the lead electronics design role on larger projects and mentor Junior Engineers
Skills and Experience needed;
+ Experience with both analogue and digital designs.
+ Experience with simulation using Spice and/or Comsol or similar.
+ Design for low power, high volume products.
+ Experience with RF or high speed digital design is advantageous.
