Job description

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to be based at our site in Patrick Brompton, near Bedale. We have a part time and full time vacancy.

Duties will include:

  • Inputting delivery notes onto our transport system, scanning, filing and raising customer invoices.
  • Dealing with incoming queries from suppliers and customers.
  • Credit control.
  • Remittances and statements
  • Processing customer receipts
  • Processing of purchase invoices and payments.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements

Knowledge of Sage line 50 would be advantageous.

Full time working hours are: Monday to Friday 8.30am/9.00am to 4.30pm/5.00pm

Part time hours: 22-24hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22-24 per week

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
