Job description
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to be based at our site in Patrick Brompton, near Bedale. We have a part time and full time vacancy.
Duties will include:
- Inputting delivery notes onto our transport system, scanning, filing and raising customer invoices.
- Dealing with incoming queries from suppliers and customers.
- Credit control.
- Remittances and statements
- Processing customer receipts
- Processing of purchase invoices and payments.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
Knowledge of Sage line 50 would be advantageous.
Full time working hours are: Monday to Friday 8.30am/9.00am to 4.30pm/5.00pm
Part time hours: 22-24hours

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
