What will I be doing as a Customer Relations Consultant?
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and enquiries using the Rail industry systems
- Maintaining effective relationships with Grand Central departments and other Train Operating Companies
- Provide telephone support to customers
- Respond to written customer correspondence in a timely manner
- Ensure customer details are accurately recorded on the system
- Collate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement on the customer end to end journey
- Identify potential process improvements and collaborate with the Customer Relations Manager
What will I need to be successful as a Customer Relations Consultant?
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Excellent customer service skills; telephone and written correspondence
- Competent in handling difficult situations in a calm manner
- Strong teamworking ethos
Previous experience within the rail industry is not essential, we are looking for individuals who flourish in customer service and interacting with a variety of different people on a day to day basis.
