The Role:
Position: Marketing Assistant
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 (pro-rata per annum), based on experience
Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Remote working- West Lancashire
While the role primarily operates remotely, occasional in-person meetings will be necessary for collaboration. These meetings may occur at the client's location or offsite team gatherings.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting with various marketing activities, including content uploads, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Reporting on the performance of our marketing efforts across client campaigns.
- Contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, plans, and strategies.
- Collaborating on client projects and supporting Refined Marketing's marketing initiatives.
- Crafting engaging social media graphics.
- Sourcing compelling imagery.
- Maintaining organised files with meticulous attention to detail.
- Supporting the attendance of exhibitions and networking events
- CRM admin support
- Account management support
What You'll Need:
A creative mindset and a desire to advance your career within a marketing agency.
Proficiency in content creation, including design and copywriting.
An understanding of strategic marketing.
The ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
An interest in marketing and data analytics, with a willingness to learn and grow.
A relevant degree or prior marketing experience.
