Job description
We're currently looking for a Senior Customer Advisor to join our Salisbury team 28 hours per week.
Our Senior Customer Advisors are proactive in giving our customers a friendly welcome and an exceptional customer experience, sharing a passion for the brand, our products and store. They contribute to creating a warm and friendly atmosphere and an outstanding store environment, both for our customers and our team drives customer loyalty, high staff retention and delivers high revenue results. They support the store management team and act as a mentor and coach to Customer Advisors.
Responsibilities:
People Management and Leadership:
- To be a mentor for the Customer Advisor team, guiding them in their development through role modelling behaviour and approach to service.
Customer Service:
- Give a warm welcome and engage with every customer as they come into the store.
- Be approachable and open a conversation with the customer to check whether they need any assistance or would benefit from guidance, always putting the customer first to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
- Share your knowledge and experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies; give expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for them and their needs.
- Using a caring and knowledgeable approach, build relationships with customers so they feel comfortable and inclined to come back again and again.
- Take an active approach to developing your skincare, beauty, product, and therapies knowledge so that you are an expert in these areas.
- Take part in any activities and promotions within store; this may include carrying out mini-facials, arm massages or helping customers to apply products.
Store processes:
- Be active in making sure the store is always looking its best and is presented to the highest standards. Have an eye for detail and put anything right that you come across that is not quite perfect.
- Undertake any ad hoc duties as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships within the store and with people you meet from across the business.
- Ensure any reporting and administration you are tasked with is completed accurately and on time.
- To understand key-holding processes and procedures in the event that you need to support the Cluster Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Engage in our positive health and safety culture.
- Notify the company of any potentials risk to your, or your colleagues, health, safety and wellbeing whilst at work
- Cooperate with the company by following processes and training provided on health and safety.

Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Beauty experience and/or qualifications not essential but desirable.

Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary: £11.40 per hour
