Senior Care Assistant Days and Nights
Macklin Care Homes are currently recruiting Senior Care Assistants to join their friendly, caring, and progressive Our Ladys Care Home, Belfast. This is a vital role within the Home, working as a team to lead the delivery of excellent care to much loved residents.
Responsibilities:Lead and work collaboratively with the care team to deliver excellent quality, person-centred care to all residentsEnrich the lives of residents through the organisation and delivery of activitiesProactively encourage and develop team membersEnsure all documentation is completed in line with Home proceduresAssist inducting new team members into their role and the HomeAdvocate and promote the company mission, vision and valuesSupporting the nursing team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Ideal candidate:Minimum one-year caring experience in a Care Home environmentPassed probation period within current role in Macklin Care HomesExcellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a teamExceptional communicator at all levelsCommitted to consistently delivering a high standard of care
