Job description
The post holder will work within the Product Development team and have responsibility to support with the design, development and delivery of Trust wide solutions in data and reporting. Using agile methodologies, the post-holder will be required to support the development of Trust process/reports as required to enhance existing system and provide new functionality as directed.
The post holder will work within the Product Development team and have responsibility to support with the design, development and delivery of Trust wide solutions in data and reporting. Using agile methodologies, the post-holder will be required to support the development of Trust process/reports as required to enhance existing system and provide new functionality as directed.
The post holder will work with the Product Development Lead to understand highly complex issues, involving analysis of complex problems or issues and supporting with the development of solutions, which deliver information in clear, understandable formats.
The post holder will be required to lead specific project work streams and deliver projects to tight deadlines, and work with colleagues within the wider team, senior managers, clinicians and directors.
The post holder will use their knowledge of data flows, data processing skills, reporting and advanced analytics to maintain effective data processing and submission of often complex information in accordance with service level agreements and other local, statutory and national requirements.

After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
