We recently launched a 10-year strategy to deliver on this ambition, as part of it we are going through digital transformation to help our teams continue to make a difference every day. We are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders from different departments, shaping existing and new transformation projects across Dogs Trust.

Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK with a nationwide network of rehoming centres and charity shops. Last year, Dogs Trust centres cared for over 14,000 dogs; we never put a healthy dog down. The IT department is responsible for the ongoing management and development of critical business systems that contribute to the overall success of Dogs Trust activities.

In this exciting role you will carry out detailed requirements analysis for software technology transformation projects. You will partner with Project Managers and Business sponsors in managing project work from discovery through to successful delivery, negotiating with business users to prioritise initiatives based on business needs and identifying optimisation opportunities where possible.

With exceptional analytical skills and demonstrable recent experience in a senior business analysis role. You will have proven experience of the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions, with excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
