As an apprentice you are expected to integrate your working experience with your studies which we will support to achieve a Apprenticeship level 3 in Business Administration.
During your Apprenticeship you will be provided with the opportunity to learn how to do the full Senior Administrative Assistant role through training, experience and with support.
Candidates who already hold a degree or equivalent qualification at Level 2 or above in a related subject, may not be eligible.
At the end of the 18 months Apprenticeship Programme you will be expected to learn and be able to deliver the following duties:
- Demonstrate a wide range of skills, knowledge and understanding that enable you to operate in the role of an administration assistant competently within the working environment.
- Perform Maths, English and ICT business administration tasks within the scope of the level 2 standards.
- Describe employee’s rights and responsibilities that underpin professional practice.
- Perform tasks confidently in the workplace demonstrating highly effective team skills alongside the ability to work on own initiative and reflect on own development.
