About the role:
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in capturing and defining quality business requirements for client stakeholders as part of a variety of change programs.
But that's not all. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to work across all levels of stakeholders and third parties within a commercial environment. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping to drive growth and success for our clients by delivering exceptional service and customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to analyze functional and non-functional requirements
- Take ownership of producing high-quality business requirements that meet the needs of the organization
- Analyse current business processes and propose solutions to improve them
- Work closely with testing and development teams to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved
- Act as the interface between business areas and project teams throughout the change life cycle
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate and lead requirements-gathering workshops
- Strong business and IT stakeholder management capability
- Self-starter, positive mental attitude with a business and end customer-focused mentality
- Ability to capture and produce clear, concise business process mapping
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to investigate a problem through analytical thinking
- Able to work well with technical colleagues when problem-solving and supporting the design and delivery of the solution
- Strong presentation skills
Desirables:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis tools: Highly desirable to have experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher
