About the role:

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in capturing and defining quality business requirements for client stakeholders as part of a variety of change programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to analyze functional and non-functional requirements
  • Take ownership of producing high-quality business requirements that meet the needs of the organization
  • Analyse current business processes and propose solutions to improve them
  • Work closely with testing and development teams to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved
  • Act as the interface between business areas and project teams throughout the change life cycle

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate and lead requirements-gathering workshops
  • Strong business and IT stakeholder management capability
  • Self-starter, positive mental attitude with a business and end customer-focused mentality
  • Ability to capture and produce clear, concise business process mapping
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to investigate a problem through analytical thinking
  • Able to work well with technical colleagues when problem-solving and supporting the design and delivery of the solution
  • Strong presentation skills

Desirables:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data analysis tools: Highly desirable to have experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher
