Company description
My Menopause Centre is a medical led service dedicated to the needs of our patient. We offer personalised menopause care of the highest standard and will recruit highly trained, knowledgeable, motivated and caring staff who will put patients’ needs above all others. We will give our patients time to talk about their symptoms, inform them of the options that are available to them, and work with them to identify bespoke treatments that will best meet their needs. We will offer a range of evidence based medical advice and treatments, in line with national standards and best practice for the management of menopause symptoms.
Job description
Are you friendly and empathic on the phone?
Do you have a reassuring manner?
Are you able to listen to what people are really asking you?
Interested in learning?
Organised and able to organise others?
Are you a finisher / completer? Do you get things done?
We are a new and innovative patient-centric menopause clinic. You will be dealing with queries from potential and existing patients.
New patients may need reassurance and help with how our clinic works. They may be distressed by their menopause symptoms and need reassuring words from you that we can help.
Existing patients may phone with questions about their blood tests, medication or side effects, or to arrange a follow up appointment.
We’ll train you to respond to the specific medical queries, but nothing beats a sympathetic ear coupled with a professional manner
You’ll also be helping to organise the rota for a team of doctors, managing the appointment book and generally keeping things running.
Experience in medical administration is not essential. Ability to care, learn and proactively respond is.
