Chanel’s Technology team Legal Domain is responsible for delivering a broad and integrated program of strategic initiatives, providing the data and the tools for our Legal Department.
We play a crucial role in challenging the business processes, facilitating prioritization and technology choices, bridging internal organizations, and delivering high quality systems.
We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand for our services; hence there is an opportunity for a highly capable and motivated intern to join the team to :

ASSIGNMENTS :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern to join our CORPFIT Legal Domain team. The Intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of technology use in the corporate legal space, assist in the implementation of IT projects, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software systems which are cloud-based.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to provide technical support and resolve issues reported by employees.
  • Contribute to the development of IT documentation, including user guides, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support the CORPFIT team in researching and evaluating new technologies and tools that could enhance the company's IT capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Data Analysis - Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources to ensure its quality and relevance for analysis. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that contribute to business goals.
  • Create clear and informative data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Profile :
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) to effectively communicate insights.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads, multitask and handle complex data issues
  • Organized and detail and process oriented
  • Ability to proactively drive your own projects to a high standard, as well as work with the wider team
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude, professional demeanor with excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate concisely with both functional and technical expert
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
  • Customer oriented
