The Team
Our HR Team is spread across our London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh offices, supporting the business internationally. The HR Team is made up of various smaller teams including Learning and Development, Reward, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, the Graduate and the CSR and Diversity team.
This role is within the HR Systems Team. The Team is led by the HR Systems Manager with the support of two System Analysts.

The Opportunity
Our HR team have recently completed a project to implement a new HR System – Workday. The system encompasses all aspects of employee administration.
We are looking for an HR Systems Assistant to join the team to assist with the continued efficiencies and improvements we have committed to deliver to the business. In addition to this you will support with monthly system updates and general system administration and configuration support. The role requires working with data and system analysts, as well as partnering with internal and external subject matter experts and our HR Operations team.
The role will be in our Manchester office and colleagues will be able to work a proportion of their week from home.
The Role
- Work alongside the HR Systems Analysts and Manager on the continued improvement of our new HR System.
- Provide configuration support and day-to-day system support to the business.
- Assist with data manipulation and system build to support robust and accurate reporting facility.
- Support on the adopting of regular system updates, including testing and rolling from test to live environments.
- Ability to assess root cause analysis for errors and suggest fixes.
