We pride ourselves on our strong client relationships and our ability to deliver high-quality Managed Services across Central Government departments, Insurance and Financial Services and more.Opportunities with Blue Border:Full time/ permanent position – Senior Business Analyst – remote working / hybrid (London 1-2 days per month) - £55,000 - £60,000 (Flexible but DoE) basic salary, plus additional annual bonus and company pension contributions – excellent annual leave package – flexi working & opportunity to grow within company.What we are looking for:Senior level Business Analysts, with 5+ years’ experience in Business Change and Digital TransformationEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems implementation experience is criticalPositions Management, Strategic Workforce Planning or Organisation Hierarchy requirements are essentialAnalytical thinkers with attention to detail and ability to understand business processes / servicesRequirements gathering (functional or non-functional), facilitation of workshops, producing as is > to be process modelsProducing Target Operating Models / Future Ops Models, Gap AnalysisStrong communication and presentation skills, able to manage senior stakeholdersSufficient with MS Office suite – Visio, Excel, Power pointInterviews:Apply / submit CV1.
