The rewarding role of a Community Healthcare Worker gives you the opportunity to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable adults, and to become the friendly face they look forward to seeing each day. We are looking compassionate people to provide care and support to seniors living in their own homes in Swansea. This Community Support Worker role pays up to £21 per hour, including paid travel time, and mileage. We are passionate about quality care, and our unique approach has earnt up a ‘Top 20’ Home Care Provider award and a 9.9 rating score. We carefully match you to your clients and keep you with them, so you build genuine bonds and gain trust. Our calls are never less than 1-hour, so you don’t have to rush your time with your clients. In your calls you may be asked to help with the following:
- Assisting your client to groups and on days out
- Helping with shopping
- Meal preparation
- Dementia care
- Light domestic duties
- Accompanying to appointments
- Administering or prompting medication
- Support with personal care

Working Hours
For this carer role, we are offering a shift pattern of 8am to 2pm on 4 or 5 consecutive days a week. Should you wish to work more hours in the future, this could also be an option, with full-time hours also available. Hours can be altered for the right candidate, so get in touch.
