Craft Renovations, Bradford on Avon, is looking for a candidate to join us as Site Manager/Working Foreman. You will be joining an experienced and happy small team within an expanding company. Previous and active trade experience is important as you will be managing and working with a team of 3-5 trades, so on smaller projects may occasionally be required work on the tools.
We require an experienced Site manager/Working foreman for rolling construction and renovation contracts. The successful candidate will have a hands on approach to overseeing medium to large sized domestic projects within a general range of £500k-1M, with a minimum of 3 years experience.
We are looking for someone motivated to ensure a high level of site management skills and maintain the high standards and finishes our projects are renowned for. In this role you will manage site progress and ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards along with a professional approach. You will need to have a sound understanding of working timescales, and be able to manage accordingly. Regular reporting is required including site attendance, progress photographs, ordering materials etc...
Essentially you need to be able to communicate well with our experienced site teams, architects, and especially our clients.
Full-time - Self employed or employed.
Salary: £225-£275 per day depending on experience and track record.

Some diary management.
Established Tradesman Experience preferably.
Meeting Deadlines.
Ordering Materials & Material Take-offs
Managing site staff and sub-contractors.
Working from a digital programme
Understanding architectural drawings, specifications and BOQs.
