The successful candidate should be a suitably experienced/qualified Administrator, who has a high level of confidentiality, proven team working skills along with a keen eye for attention to detail. As well as undertaking general office duties, this person will be responsible for administrating the Gledowls Before & After School Club process, so there will be a requirement for some financial understanding or previous financial experience. We are happy to consider any candidate with the equivalent transferrable skills. Full training will be given, however, if the successful candidate can demonstrate some or all of the following skills, then this will be advantageous:-
- A knowledge of School SIMs.
- A knowledge of ParentPay or Magic Booking systems
- A good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Good technical skills as the school uses several Apps/websites for processing.
- Experience of charging/invoicing and debt management would be beneficial
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service in order to investigate and resolve detailed/varied enquiries, queries and complaints from a wide range of internal/external customers, suppliers and most importantly, parents.
Team working skills are essential in this role as the office is the hive of activity and supporting each other is paramount.
Gledhow Primary School is a super school with brilliant pupils, staff, governors and families.
