As a Key Account Manager at SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

About the Role

  • £40,260 - £47,225 + Car/Car Allowance + 10% Bonus + Benefits

What will I be doing?

Reporting into Regional Account Director

  • You will proactively manage the customers within your portfolio to deliver innovative solutions to their waste and resource requirements, offering seamless transactional and strategic delivery.
  • You will also be a key point of contact for them, providing waste industry expertise to enable your customers to be at the forefront of managing their resources in a way that meets both their commercial and CSR requirements.
  • You will develop strong relationships which will allow you to deliver growth on portfolio with the customer and its partners.
  • You will work with customer to offer sustainability and social value initiatives
  • Ensure reporting requirements are met and a partnership approach to regular meetings to meet both Suez and customers goals/targets.
  • Manage relationship ensuring Suez remain in best place to retain and renew business partnerships.
  • Work through retention bids and tenders for your customers where applicable with business support.

What are the requirements?

  • You’ll be experienced in creating a positive customer experience in a B2B environment.
  • You’ll have a proven track record of managing customer expectations, maximising loyalty and profitability of your account portfolio.
  • To succeed, you’ll be ready to network and identify key stakeholders and develop strong professional relationships to support your customers in meeting their strategic plans, using the services that SUEZ can offer.
  • A valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
